Hope you are doing great. You will be 24 years old in 2023, therefore you are qualified to give the exam. However, you must have been born between July 2, 1999 and July 1, 2005. You are qualified to take CDS 2, 2023 since your birth is in between the dates that is November 1999 .
The Union Public Service Commission is obligated to conduct a nationwide Combined Defense Services (CDS) examination to identify qualified candidates, and they have already specified the minimum age and qualifications for the entrance exam.

No you are not eligible for CDS exam 2023 as you will be 19 years on 14th jan 2023. The age limit eligibility criteria for CDS exam says that candidates must be between 20-24 years to be eligible for CDS EXAM. That means the gae of every candidate must be 20 to 24 years as on 1st January, 2023 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January, 2003 (Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable upto 26 yrs.

By 2026 you will be of approx. 23 years old and according to your age you will be eligible for all the CDS 2026 courses so you can appear for CDS 2026 and for your reference the age criteria for different courses is mentioned below :-

There is no such special post for the students who have graduated in Bachelors of Pharmacy. Combined Defence Service Entrance Examination is an entrance examination for admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Indian Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy. There are various posts and responsibilities the prospectus of the each wing is as follows
The minimum Educational Qualification Requirement to be eligible to apply for Combined Defence Service (CDS) Entrance is Bachelors Degree from a recognized board. If you have passed or appearing in final year Bachelors Degree in any of the arts stream then you are eligible to apply for Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy (Men) if you are a male candidate. If you are a female candidate then you can select Officers Training Academy (Women). The eligibility criteria to apply for IMA, OTA (Men) and OTA (Women) is that a candidate must have passed Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized board. To be eligible to apply for Indian Naval Academy a candidate must have passed or appear in final year B.E/B.Tech examination. To be eligible to apply for Air Force Academy a candidate must have passed or appear in Final year Bachelors Degree examination and must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level.
