Hope you are doing great. You will be 24 years old in 2023, therefore you are qualified to give the exam. However, you must have been born between July 2, 1999 and July 1, 2005. You are qualified to take CDS 2, 2023 since your birth is in between the dates that is November 1999 .

The Union Public Service Commission is obligated to conduct a nationwide Combined Defense Services (CDS) examination to identify qualified candidates, and they have already specified the minimum age and qualifications for the entrance exam.

No you are not eligible for CDS exam 2023 as you will be 19 years on 14th jan 2023. The age limit eligibility criteria for CDS exam says that candidates must be between 20-24 years to be eligible for CDS EXAM. That means the gae of every candidate must be 20 to 24 years as on 1st January, 2023 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January, 2003 (Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable upto 26 yrs.

According to the age eligibility of CDS 2 exam released by UPSC,

• Unmarried male candidates born between the 2nd January 2000 and the 1st January 2005 are eligible for the IMA.
• Unmarried Male candidates born between the 2nd January 2000 and the 1st January 2005 are eligible for INA.
• The candidate's age must be between 20 and 24 years old as of January 1, 2023 for Air force academy.
• Officers' Training Academy (Male) – Unmarried male candidates born between January 2nd, 1999 and January 1st, 2005 are eligible to apply.
• Female Officers' Training Academy – Unmarried women, divorcees, and widows who haven't remarried are all eligible. They must also have been born between January 2nd 1999 and January 1st, 2005.

Looking into the eligibility criteria, You are not eligible for CDS 2 2023.

There is no such special post for the students who have graduated in Bachelors of Pharmacy. Combined Defence Service Entrance Examination is an entrance examination for admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Indian Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy. There are various posts and responsibilities the prospectus of the each wing is as follows

• Candidates enrolled as Gentleman/Lady Cadets in Officers Training Academy will undergo a course of training at the Officers’ Academy for approximately 49 Weeks. On successful completion of training Gentleman/Lady Cadets are granted Short Service Commission in the rank of Lt. From the date of successful completion of training. University of Madras will award "Post Graduate Diploma in Defence Management and Strategic Studies" to all cadets who successfully complete Pre-commissioning training at Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
• Candidates who have successful completed training in Indian Air Force Academy will be commissioned as Flying Officer. Time scale promotions to the rank of Flight Lieutenant, Squadron Leader, Wing Commander and Group Captain are granted on completion of 2 years, 6 years, 13 years and 26 years of successful service respectively.
• Candidates who have joined in Indian Military Academy will undergo a course of training for about 18 months. Candidates will be enrolled under the Army Act as Gentlemen cadets. Gentlemen cadets will be dealt with the ordinary disciplinary purposes under the rules and regulations of the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun.
• Candidates joining in Indian Naval Academy  undergoing training at the Academy will be appointed as cadets in the Executive Branch of the Navy.

If you have passed or appearing in final year Bachelors Degree in any of the arts stream then you are eligible to apply for Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy (Men) if you are a male candidate. If you are a female candidate then you can select Officers Training Academy (Women). The eligibility criteria to apply for IMA, OTA (Men) and OTA (Women) is that a candidate must have passed Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized board. To be eligible to apply for Indian Naval  Academy a candidate must have passed or appear in final year B.E/B.Tech examination. To be eligible to apply for Air Force Academy a candidate must have passed or appear in Final year Bachelors Degree examination and must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level.
