Sorry to say but for Indian naval Academy position via CDS examination, you are not eligible because the the minimum age required for applying in CDS Indian naval Academy is 19 years and the maximum age is 22 years. But as you said that your birth date is 1st February 1997 it means you have exceed the age of 22 years so it is not possible for you to take CDS exam for Indian naval Academy. But there are still chances and hope for you as you can apply for officers training academy because the maximum age required in this is 25 years. Besides this, you must be unmarried for being eligible for this position. There are various physical test also conducted which you have to pass in order to get selected for CDS like you have to run 2to 4 km in 15 minutes. You have also to show pushups and set UPS with a minimum of 20 each. You are also required to climb rope which is 3 to 4 meters high.

In CDS exam also known as Combined Defence Services,the candidates have to fulfill very varied parameters of eligibility criteria which includes nationality, age ,educational qualification ,marital status and physical conditions.
In that physical conditions one such requirement come that is age and height requirement which you are asking for.
To be eligible for CDS OTA female,the minimum height required is 5 feet=152.48cm and sometimes the candidates from the region of northeast and Garhwali or Kumauni are eligible with height of 5 cm less than the minimum height required.
The age limit for the candidates varies according to the CDS courses but if we talk about the round figure then it varies from 19 to 25 years.

The eligibility criteria of age for CDS exam is:
Unmarried males born between January 1994 and January 1998 (aged 20 to 24 years as of January 2023) are eligible to apply for the CDS 2023 Examination for admission to the Indian Air Force Academy.
As of January 2023, the Indian Military has an age limit of 19 to 24 years.
Unmarried or widowed male/female candidates for the Officers, Training Academy must be no older than 25 years old and no younger than 19 years old as of January 2023.
The candidate must have been born between July 1997 and July 2002 to be eligible for the CDS II examination.
A degree (10+2) from any recognised university is required for candidates interested in joining the Indian Military or the Air Force.
An engineering degree from a recognised university is required for entry into the Indian Navy.
