my height is in between 54 and55. is it enough for cds eligibility.

Greeting Aspirant,

As you told your height is 5'5 then to be eligible your weight should be between 52-56. The Minimum height required is 152 cm and you height is around 165 cm,So you are eligible.

what is the educational qualification for CDS for Air Force academy ....can I apply for CDS air force entry if my marks are less than 60% in maths and physics in class 12 but overall more than 60% ...

Hello Mudit,

CDS (Combined defense service) has need graduation. It is not depend on 12th marks. There are educational eligibility for CDS  (Combined defense service)as:-

•Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officers’ Training Academy - A candidate should be degree from any recognised board.

•Indian Naval Academy (INA): A candidate should have Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

•Air Force Academy: A candidate should have Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

There are educational eligibility for AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) exam as:-

•A candidate should be passed 12th or equivalent exam in maths and physics with 60% Score. (Flying branch and ground duty(technical).

•A candidate should have minimum bachelor degree from any recognised college/educational board.

I have just pass my 12 class examination , can i am eligbil for CDS exam ?

UPSC released the eligibility of CDS 2020. UPSC Combined Defence Service 2020 eligibility criteria consist of age limit, nationality and educational qualification. As per the CDS exam eligibility 2020, Indian nationals having an age between 19- 25 years are eligible for the exam. Besides, candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam . Candidates do note that only eligible candidates will be able to fill the CDS application form .

You are not eligible to join CDS after 12th as the minimum academic qualification for CDS is Graduation.

Hey there

For Officers' Training Academy courses, candidates must be born not earlier than January 2, 1996 and not later than January 1, 2002. For IMA, candidates born earlier than January 2, 1997 and not later than January 1, 2002 are only eligible.

The age limit for CDS Officers' Training Academy  is  19 to 25 years . Your age is 23 years as for now so the number of attempts left is Two. Two more times you are eligible that is till the year 2022. Please click the below link to know more.

Hello

Eligibility criteria for OTA is:-

* you need a degree from recognised University

*You should be  19 to 25 years old

Now with your date of birth in 1996 , you are only 24 years old and thus you are in the age group -19 to 25 old and thus you fulfil the OTA eligibility criteria and thus you are eligible for it with your date of birth

hi,

cds indian military academy position, minimum age limit is 19 years, maximum age limit is 24, as per 2020 notifications, For IMA, candidates must not born earlier than January 2, 1997 and not later than January 1, 2002 are only eligible. so you may apply this year and next year 2021.

I am b.sc honours student can I apply for DRDO CDS SSC or other graduation base exam

Yes you can apply for these exams after your B.sc.

To apply for DRDO you will have to apply through CEPTAM entrance as this is the only entrance conducted by DRDO for all the B.Sc graduates.

You can apply for SSC CGL except Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Assistant Audit Officer (AAO). These posts requires a knowledge for the statistics and accounts.

As per the CDS exam eligibility 2020, Indian nationals having an age between 19- 25 years are eligible for the exam. Moreover, candidates who have passed graduation or appearing for their final year are eligible to apply for CDS exam.

Note that only eligible candidates will be able to fill the CDS application form.
