UPSC conducts the Combined Defence Services Exam twice every year. Candidates have to meet different eligibility criteria to appear for the test. The maximum age limit you can apply under CDS Examination is of Officers’ Training Academy and that upto 25 years. This is the maximum age limit

You can join Army Institute of technology, pune( 109 NIRF rank) where computer science engineering branch is provided under BTech degree. Degree college doesn't provide any special class for civil or military exam. it has to be you have to learn to manage time to prepare for CDS or
