The age limit for OTA is 19-25 years while for IMA, it is 19-24. So, you are certainly eligible for OTA but not for IMA. Since you are 24 years old now. The basic qualifications  eligibility criteria for all the exam like Afcat ,ssb ,ssc  are a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university . And need minimum 60%in the graduation degree.
