As you know women can only apply for CDS OTA (Officer's Training Academy). And as of my research there is no extra benefits given to women compared to Men.

The Combined Defence Service examination(CDS) is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) for further training into various military, navy and airforce training institutes.
The notification for the examination is usually released in month of October and June and the examination is conducted in February and November

If you want to join Indian army after your Engineering then you can go for CDS which is the most famous but in CDS all graduates can apply. TGC is a technical entry and your selection will be based on SSB. You can go for short service commision

sorry to say you but you cannot enter in Indian Navy at account and Finance Department by cdac because the the age limit is upto 23 years. but in Indian Air Force if you appear in UPSC or AFCAT examination then you can join as accounts officers. hope
