In medical test, they usually check the Height, weight. They also check for amy visual, auditory deformities. They will take a Chest X ray to rule out any Chest infections. Hand burn is a scar and it us not a deformity or an illness. So if the rest of the parameters are good, then there should be no reason why you would not clear the Medical fitness test. All that matters is that you should be in good Physical and Mental health and be free from any deformity or disease that might interfere with performing your duties efficiently.

You are talking about types of rejections in Services Selection Board (SSB).
Temporary rejections are those which can be cured/treated. Example: Extra Weight.
Permanent rejections are faced due to problems that cannot be cured. Example: Extra Leg Length for Fighter Pilots.
There are several tests inside the medicals. Some basic temporary rejections include: Knocked Knee, Over Weight, Wax in Ears, Kidney Stones, Appendix.
Some of these require surgery or doctor consultation. While problems like over weight can be set right with healthy diet and exercise. Knocked Knee can be cured by putting a pillow between your knees and standing for 20-30 secs daily.

Hello dear student !
CDS , that it , combined defense services is an All India level examination which is conducted twice a year by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) . If you have done graduation in Art stream through distance education, then also you can appear in the CDS examination as there is no such rule for them and they are also eligible for the same.
Hope this will help you
Doing a graduation from distance mode is no problem for applying to CDS provided the university or college you are doing it from is affiliated and recognized. Provided you clear all the eligibility criteria provided by CDS like age and stream, it won't matter if it is done by distance mode or not
