You are currently in your third year of graduation in chemical engineering. Any student of any engineering branch can appear for CDS exam. CDS is conducted twice a year for the selection of students in IMA (Indian Military Academy), INA (Indian Naval Academy), AFA (Air Force Academy) and OTA (Officers Training Academy).
You can appear for CDS when you are in your final year if the degree, that means if you are in a program of 4 years then you can give paper from 7th semester. After clearing of exam you'll be called for SSB and finally if your name appears in the final merit list then you'll be given your call letter from the academy you have been chosen for. And your term in the academy will be starting when your 4 year degree program ends.
Apart from CDS if you are from technical background you can appear for other technical entries of Indian Army and Indian Navy.

I regret to inform you that with Biology in 10+2 you are not eligible for an officer which is a technical post.However, you can become a doctor in Armed force, for this you need to appear for NEET and get good rank.The admission done under AFMC.You can also pursue B.sc Nursing in military as you have studied Biology in 10+2.You can only become an officer(technical post) if you have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2.

It is expected that the OLD 5 day SSB procedure will be replaced by 3 Day SSB Procedure called as De Nova SSB System from 2019. “De Nova” means “A fresh New Approach of Selection Process”. For CDS the minimum permissible height is 157.5 for army, 157 for navy and 162.5 for air force all measurements given is in centimetres.
For eye
Air force 3.5 is limiting eye power in myopia and hypermetropia. For navy it's 1.5D in myopia and hypermetropia.

When it comes to CDS Exam, girls are only eligible for OTA with age limit being 20-24 years and eligibility criteria being having passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
So, you just needs to be a graduate, there's no such specific mention of having math or scoring a certain marks or percentage regarding this matter. This mandatory of having Maths and Physics applies only in case of AFA.
You are not eligible for CDS exam as your age is greater than what is recommended.

Yes a hotel management Graduate can definitely apply for CDS examination.
