You can apply for CDS if you have completed or are in the final year of graduation. If the university from which you hold a degree is a recognised University then you are eligible to appear for CDS.

In english u have 120 questions for each correct answer u will rewarded 0.83 marks approx and for every negative marks you will be deducted 0.33 marks of what u get in correct attempt

While in mathematics exam each question
The exam pattern of CDS Officers’ Training Academy courses differ from Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy and Air Force Academy courses as candidates who have opted for Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy and Air Force Academy courses will need to appear for three subjects - English, General Knowledge and Elementary
From the previous 2year trend, sectional cutoff won't go higher than 20 and overall will be around 84–86 (OTA only)
IMA, AFA, INA will be around 150 (more or less)

Yes definitely a medical graduate is eligible for cds exam. Infact anyone who hold a graduation degree is eligible for cds exam. But here the age factor should be kept it mind.
