Yes, you can go for UPSC after BSC Biotechnology.
Following is the eligibility criteria of UPSC Civil Services (Prelims and Mains) :
Aspirants must be citizen of India.
They must be between the aged between 21 and 32 years.
Candidates must have a Graduate degree from any University or
BHu BaMS Cutoff for General category ranges between 350 to 475 marks based on different quotas which usually varies every year depending on student performance.
No official cutoff released so difficult to predict.
However,, scores above 350 still shall have decentchances

Yes, the question paper of English and GK will be same for IMA and OTI. As per the exam pattern, the written exam of OTI will be conducted for 200 marks. The duration of exam is 4 hours.

Candidates who wish to appear for CDS must have age between 20 to 24 and have completed and appearing in Bachelors level examination. You can appear for CDS for only IMA & OTA and Navy while for Air Force you must have studied Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level. Read
