Niranjana 11th Aug, 2021

Hello,

Indeed, Information Technology is a subject that focuses on the topic of information technology and was devised keeping Commerce students in mind. Graduates who have completed a B.Com. IT programme may pursue a postgraduate IT programme.

Despite the fact that B.Sc. IT is considered a Science stream subject, several colleges also accept Commerce stream students.

some university providing commerce students BSc in It

JMI Delhi

MIT Jaipur

LPU Jalandhar

CU Chandigarh

B.Sc. CS - The programme lasts three years and is divided into six semesters.

Eligibility: You must have completed your 12th grade in a science stream in PCM courses.

Dear aspirant,

University of Delhi considers your best of four subjects marks to admit students. I request that you calculate your best of four marks and check the previous years cutoff lists based on which you'll be able to determine whether or not you might get into the university.

Sir,I passed my 12th from commerce stream and i took admission in fybcom now i want to take admission in bca. what documents required for admission. my admission is in pune University if i change my university then what document required for it plz tell me about that.

Nishant Joshi 17th Sep, 2021

Hi, so basically the following documents are needed for admitting in any college. Just keep all the documents with you.

  • Certificates of all examination since highschool onwards and domicile certificate.
  • Category/Subcategory certificate, in case of availing reservation of any kind.
  • Transfer certificate/ Migration certificate (These certificates might be required as original).
  • Character certificate as issued by the principal/ head of the college last attended (required as original)
  • Affidavit on stamp paper, for gap period if any

These are the major documents that you should keep with you. And if any other document is needed the college will inform you. However these documents are sufficient for the admission.

Hope this is helpful.

how much % will be deducted if i want to pursue B.A. hindi hons in graduation with commerce background(without hindi as a main subject in class 12th )????

Srija Mitra 29th Aug, 2021

Hi,

Since you have not mentioned the name of any college or any university, I am assuming you are talking about Delhi University as you are talking about deduction of marks. If you have not studied Hindi as one of the core subjects in 12th boards then you will not be eligible to apply for studying BA Honours degree in Hindi.

For more information, you can refer to this:

Supriya Omi 29th Jul, 2021

Hey there!

The answer to this is YES!

One becomes eligible to appear for CLAT just after passing 12th standard be it from any stream.

Generally, Commerce stream is considered good for appearing in the CLAT examination for various reasons, the main one is the subjects that are included in this stream.

Hope for the best!

I had completed my 12th from BSEB with commerce stream. I am in final year of my graduation. I had done (B.Voc.) Bachelor in Vocation (which is approved degree from UGC) in the specialisation of IT & Networking. Am I eligible for post graduate MCA program. If yes. Please suggest me the colleges

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 28th Jul, 2021
Hello,

The basic eligibility criteria for admission in Master's in Computer Application course is to have aBachelor's degree in computer application (BCA) or in any related field with mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12. If you had studied any subject of computer or mathematics then you can do MCA but going through course what you have mentioned, although B.Voc is approved by UGC, there are many universities that won't allow you to take admission in MCA as they generally prefer BCA, B.Com or B.Sc graduate.
But you can do it through distance mode with institutions like IGNOU.

I hope this helps.

If I failed in class 10 mathematics, can I go for commerce stream

Suchana Datta 21st Jul, 2021

If you failed in class 10 mathematics you have to clear your paper then you can opt for commerce stream. As it can be chosen without mathematics too. But the main problem is that , commerce required mathematics . It is dependent on Mathematics mainly statistics part. So, if you are considering taking commerce without mathematics I think you should reconsider your decision as it will kindly decide your future .

Hopes this helps.

All the best.
