yes, you are eligible since you are doing maths in graduation. For doing MCA , mathematics is mandatory either in 12th or graduation. You are a commerce student (12th) and you have not studied mathematics in 12th but you will study mathematics in graduation if you choose BCA , BBA and would be eligible for doing MCA.

Sorry to inform you but you can't go for MCA since you have not had Mathematics as a compulsory subject in your 10+2. Basically the eligibility criteria for MCA suggests that the candidate should have 60% ( BCA or BSc Computer Science or BSc IT or any Graduation with computer science) or 60% BA/BCom/B.Sc or any Graduation with Mathematics at 10+2 level or graduation level.

To appear in UPSC candidates should be 21 years - 32 years old .
Candidates should hold a graduation degree in any stream.
Candidates belonging to General/EWS category can give 6 attempts.
Candidates belonging to OBC/General (PWD) category can go for 9 attempts.
SC/ST Candidates have no limit, they can apply till upper age limit .

If you are commerce candidate then also pursuing BCA course. There are no such eligibility because it's admission always basis on merit list. Some few colleges organised the entrance examination. Otherwise your 12th class marks will be applying for admission. You have to choose the college and apply for admission. Your 12th marks minimum 50%. And it's very good if you have computer subject in your 12th. Then it will be more easy to you for this course.
BCA is very common course nowdays. It's a three years bachalor degree course. You can study about the computer application like data structure, data base management system, algorithm, languages etc. After completing your graduation you can go for higher studies like MCA or MBA. Where you want to go. Also you can get job in IT sector as data analyst trainee, technical support engineer, BPO, customer care executive etc.

Average Course Fee: Rs.10,000 to 40,000

I'm sorry to say but you can't do Bsc computer science without maths in DU
The eligibility criteria is You need minimum 60% marks in maths in 12th and for admission you have to also look for cut-offs In DU cut-offs are very high.
But You can do BCA, you may have to give separate maths exam with your sem 1 exams.
