If you want to appear for CAT next year you should atleast study 3-4 hours daily. You can study in morning or evening as per your choice but make sure you cover the basics of all the sections by June 2018.

IIM Amritsar has kept the CAT cut-off this year as overall percentile to be 90 for the general category, 70 percentile for OBC category, 55 percentile for SC category. 35 percentile for ST category.

This is quite early to say anything related to NEET 2019 cut off but as per previous year cut off the closing rank for MAMC, Delhi, OBC category under AIQ was 145 so as per this much rank the safest score should be 660 so you can prepare yourself accordingly

I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score atleast 99.6 percentile to get a call for the next round.
