I saw that you have mentioned that it is not in the same format as mentioned in the CAT exam brochure then it won't be problem right now but you need to change it in the future.

You have a very good academic records plus you are a non engineer that will give you an edge over your fellow students who will also give CAT 2018 exam along with you. You should know that after CAT exam every IIMs prepare a merit list based on your aggregate

Joining good coaching Institute is must lkke TIME , Careerlauncher, IMS etc. For first 6 months a minimum of 5 hours is must to complete preparation and revision. A minimum of 7hours daily is must for last 3months, you can use books like Arhn Sharma , Chandresh agarwal for CAT

No it won't create problem. Just make sure when you are called for interview round by any college so then at that time take all your documents properly with you.
