Doing graduation from OPEN is not a problem and you can apply for CAT entrance. You are eligible for it.

As per the CAT eligibility criteria, one must have 50% in graduation if from general category and 45% for reserved categories.

In CAT exam only objectives questions are asked. There are 3 sections Verbal Ability, Quantitativ Ability and DI-LR (Data interpretation and Logical Reasoning).
