Bro first of all if you will get good cat collge then full fees is finance by bank. Wheater 10lks or 20lks .
And if you want under 4lks
I will prefer you
JBIMS,PUMBA,IIT'S,MOST OF THE MAHARASHTRA COLLGE NOSTLY IN MUMBAI ARE GOOD WITH GOOD FEE STRUCTURE.
