Common Admission Test
With a 59.95 percentile in CAT 2024 and ST category, you can expect calls from newer IIMs like IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu, and IIM Sirmaur, as they have lower cutoffs for reserved categories. Non-IIM options like IIT Madras (MBA), NIT Trichy (MBA), and state universities like Delhi School of Economics (DSE) might also consider your profile. Apply to institutions that prioritize diversity and offer ST reservation. Ensure your application highlights strong academics and achievements.

The candidates who have scored 60% through out their academics that is from 10th to Bachelors need to first apply online and pay an application fee, also they need to upload the required list of documents like 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, graduation certificate and marks sheet , any other certificates like OBC, ST SC(if any) along with their CAT score. Once the student is shortlisted they are called upon for group Discussion(GD), Analytical Writing skill test (AWST) & Personal interview(PI). The final shortlisting and filtration or seat allotment is done on 7 parameters that is CAT score, GD, PI, AWST, Academic score, Work experience & Diversity factor.
Now coming to your second query that is preparing for Interview, well you need to be well prepared to answer questions like what is your goal and aspiration, why do you want to opt for this course only , why do you choose this institute , what are your strengths and weaknesses (SWOT) They also might questions pertaining to agriculture to see your passion and interest , to check how updated you are.
