Your unreserved rank will be above 100k, but you will have ews arnking around 14k. So based on that you will not get any NIT or IIIT, you must score at least 95 percentile ie something around 110/300, to get any lower IIIT or GFTI or any east side NIT.

For cat exam you should have a graduation degree and you should obtain atleast 50% marks in your graduation degree for general category and for sc /st you should obtain atleast 45% marks in your degree. There is no age limit

I think cat 2020 will not postpond on november 29. Because you can see that most of the exam are going to happen in september and october like 1-6 september , we have jee mains exam and upsc also released exam calander for remaining exam
