Your marks in CAT and SNAP is poor and according to the marks you have got in these exam you won't be getting any good college, However your NMAT marks is average which can get you some average colleges like IBS, Alliance, UPES Dehradun.

I'll like to tell you that your CAT/MAT scorecard is required only at the time of admission process. Once you are enrolled in a college then you do not need your cat/mat scorecard. However you can secure a copy for reference for yourself. But you'll not require it

For getting in top B-schools of India like IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-C, FMS Delhi etc. you need good marks not only in in CAT but also in Class 10th, 12th and your graduation. If you have some work experience then it gives you more advantages.

Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, you may decent chances in Medical Colleges like:

SVMC, Tirupathi: Physiology

Andhra Medical College: Microbiology

Rangaraya Medical College: Forensic Medicine

Aarupadai Veedu Medical College: Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year
