The cutoff required for admission varies depending on various parameters. For admission to UBS Chandigarh through defence category,  85+ CAT percentile would be a decent score.
Performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI) also plays a major role in the admission process.

see as per your cat score you may get call from new iims, like iim ranchi, iim raipur, iim siramaur, iim rohtak, iim trichy etc. but IIM also evaluates academic back ground score also, from that point of view you have moderate chances in new iims.
