Congrats for the very good percentile in CAT.

As you are an Engineer you will not get calls from the top most IIMs which are IIM Ahmadabad,Bangalore and Culcutta.

The IIMA requires  percentile above 99.7, for IIMC it is 99.68, and for IIMB it is 99.55.The expected cut offs

You can expect a call from most of IIMs. IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, IIM Vishakhapatnam, IIM Lucknow, all have cut-off near 90 percentile.

Ashish, there are 20 IIMs and the old IIMs atleast need 90 percentile for SC Category to be shortlisted. But the new IIMs will need atleast 85-90 percentile. Again these are the minimal percentiles. Though your sectional criteria is really good, your Overall percentile is a tad less. So our

Harsh, The cut offs vary every year depending on various factors such as difficulty of the exam, no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified for the next round and Repute of the Institute. In general, the cut offs for old IIMs goes over 99 percentile. You haven't mentioned
