  • BIM Trichy
  • Nirma University
  • GIM Goa
  • IMT Ghaziabad
  • IMI Delhi and others.

I have 87 percentile in CAT 2019 (VA/DILR/QA : 94/73/78).. Academics: 10th/12th/ Bcom: 87/85/74.. Category: General.. Commerce background (CS with 4 years Work Ex).. What are the chances for call from IIM Nagpur??

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 10th Jan, 2020
With your CAT percentile you have less chances of getting any IIMs. You've a decent percentile but the newer IIMs usually require at least 90 percentile and a good academic background. But you can certainly look for good colleges like
  • TAPMI Manipal
  • BIM Trichy
  • GIM Goa
  • Great Lakes Chennai
  • Nirma

Hii,

Your CAT Marks are good enough to get decent percentile.  percentile depends on difficulty of exam and highest mark. But as per the previous year figures, you may get percentile more than 90. To get admission in IIM's, one should have decent percentile in each section and overall score.

I got 83 percentile in cat 10th:- 10 cgpa 12th :- 84% graduation:- engineering(72%) obc is there any chance of converting IIMR..?

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 9th Jan, 2020
You have a pretty decent CAT percentile and considering the fact that you fall in OBC category you have good chances of getting IIM Ranchi. You'll just have to prepare well for the subsequent selection rounds as they have a rigorous selection process. If you want to go for PGDHRM
