And new IIMS like Sambalpur and Ranchi and other medium b schools it was above 90percentile.

A caste certificate once issued is vaild for many years. therefore the NC-OBC certificate issued in 2013 is valid even now and you can apply for CAT 2019 with this. The authority body says that a NC-OBC certificate is valid even if it is issued 3 years before
You have said that you are in the last year of graduation. So while filling in CAT form, you have to fill in your past 2 years marks. The second year mark alone will not be considered. So kindly enter your past 2 years marks in your CAT
