After 12th both BBA+ MBA and bcom+MBA are good option . I suggest you to go for BBA+MBA because pursuing MBA after BBA is comparatively easier than bcom then MBA.

It is not compulsory to crack CAT for MBA at all the colleges. There are some colleges that allow you to join their MBA program provided you give the college enterence test.

The Basic eligibility to give CAT exam is one must have pased graduation from a recognised Board of University. The final year students are also eligible to give CAT exam. As you are in second year of your graduation course, you are not eligible to attempt the exam.
