I don't think so that you will get best B-School with this scores because they are really very low and your budget as well so with score and with this budget it is not possible .

  Generally, to get admission in reputed institutes you have to qualify any of these exams, CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT. Some cases reputed Universities/Institutes will conduct their own entrance test to for the students those who missed the chance to appear national level tests, like Lovely Professional University(LPUNEST) and 

To be very honest, you have little to no chance in NIT. Look for other options so that you are not left stranded at the last moment. Do keep hope.

I am also pursuing graduation from same and afraid that whether eligibke for cat or iim or not . People say that ignou has low value i am really irritated with tge same ignou anxiety.
