Candidates applying for BA LLB, B.Com LLB and B.Sc LLB programmes need to qualify 12thboard examination under 10+2 school system.

Candidates need to score at least 45 per cent marks in aggregate of the subjects appeared in the 12thboard examination. Moreover, those belonging to SC and ST categories

You can definitely apply for CLAT.
According to March 3, 2017 Supreme Court's order, any law aspirant can fill the application form at par revised CLAT eligibility criteria. There is no age bar for CLAT application form as the apex court stays BCI's age policy for this year.

Candidates would be eligible to apply for CLAT 2018 if they have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of: Forty Five percent (45%) marks in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/Specially abled persons categories. Forty percent (40%) marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
