Osmania University conducts Common Post Graduate Entrance Test, CPGET for admissions into various P.G (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, etc;) courses, P.G. Diploma courses and 5 years Integrated Programmes ( M.A., M.Sc., M.B.A.)
The admission notification of CPGET 2020 was scheduled for the first week of June, but till now no notice has dropped.

see if the exams is on same date and same time, you need to attempt only one, if your college is in goa and center is not in goa area then it may not posible to attempt cgpet by osmania university, another thing is college exam is very important, unless you give the final exams then your provisional certificate issue of date will be late, agin you may need to wait for another 6 month, college passed certificate is more important for admission in mtech as well as job opportunity.
PGECET is entrance exam for MTech. for MSc, you should appear CPGET which is an entrance exam which gives entry to PG programs. CPGET is accepted by many universities and colleges affiliated under them.

You can also appear for IIT-JAM which is national Msc entrance exam and get admission into IIT campus.

Application form for cgpet for OUCET will be available on the official website from the last week of April. This entrance test is conducted by islamia university for the admission of the students into various programs like under graduation programs, post graduation programs and integrated programs. there are total four steps that are involved in the application form filling process that you can follow and the payment that must be remitted for the entrance test is 400 rupees.
Show the four steps are first is registration and fee payment followed by form filling then uploading the required documents. Last step is the submission of the application form.

I think you should write both of the exams to increase the chances for admission in msc course.
you may also apply for IITJAM exam , which is the entrance exam to admission in top iits, nits in msc course.
