As per your mentioned query , I would like to tell you that NTA means the national test agency has released the syllabus for those candidates who will appearing for the national level entrance of CUET, formerly known as CUCET. If you are appearing for the ug programme then you have to prepare from the Ncert of class 12th. As per the instructuctions given by CUET 2022 authorities, candidate scan select upto 6 subjects out of 27 domain subjects available for the examination.
>> The CUET Exam is currently broken into four sections: two for language, one for domain subject, and one for the general test. It is completely the choice of candidate to choose the number of subjects, it may be 1 or 6. But it is mandatory for student to choose at least one language subject from 1A section which includes: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Odiya, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and English. The other category 1B, is optional and is non- mandatory. It is advisable to choose the language that a student has opted in his/her latest class (XIIth).
** So, as you mentioned that you have chosen only 1 domain subject, then it is definitely alright. There is no problem with it, if you have chose from 1A category.

According to the CUET authorities, candidates can change/modify the following items in the CUET correction window:
>> Name of the test passed.
>>Gender.
>> Address.
>> Board name for the qualifying exam/university.
>> Year of passing the examination.
>> Exam centre city and medium.
>> Subject of the exam.
>> Course, University or colleges.
And the candidates cannot change the following details:
>> First and last name
>> Mother’s and Father’s name
>> Category
>> Nationality
>> Email address and phone number
>> Date of birth
>> Aadhar Card number
** So, if you have entered wrong name, then there are chances that your application might get rejected as your name doe snot matches with the name on the Adhar card or other valid documents. So, I would suggest you to try registering again with different valid mobile number and mail id.

So with regard to your query, the last date to apply for the CUCET exam for the year 2022 is already over. So, don't worry about that, there are various competitive exams available other than this. You can choose to write the state level common entrance exams, like EAPCET, TSEAMCET, MHTCET, KCET etc.,. As you are from Delhi, even Delhi state government also conducts various exams which includes, DUET, you can also write JEE Mains, Advanced and also NEET, IMUCET exams as well.
Don't worry about a single exam, try to prepare for the other exams without dropping this year.
