Hope you are doing great. yes, now after 12th you can apply and attempt for all the courses of UG programme in all the fields. because basic eligibility for joining a course of UG is to be 10+ 2, as soon as you complete your 12th examination and get all subjects passed then you are eligible for the entrance examinations like JEE, EAMCET, MBBS, CLAT etc. And for few examinations you should need some percentage of aggregate or average marks in 12th to be eligible for their entrance examination.

If you are enquiring about admission to B.A Political Science through CUET then the eligibility criteria is that a candidate who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent in any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board. SO you are eligible to apply for B.A Political Science provided you must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or its equivalent examination.
CUET 2022 registrations have started from April 6, 2022. To apply for CUET you need to visit cucet.samarth.ac.in and follow the given steps

The application fee for candidates belonging to General/ OBC/ EWS category is Rs. 800, for candidates belonging to SC/ST category is Rs. 350 and there is no fee for candidates belonging to PWD category.

I would like to tell you that the CUET application form was released on 6th April 2022. The last date to fill the applications for CUET 2022 is May 6. Official website for CUET exam is cuet.samarth.ac.in. CUET exam date is tentatively in first and second week of July 2022 .
Further, if you do not know how to fill the application form for CUET, then follow these below steps to fill the application form :
Step 1 - Visit the official website of the CUCET - cuet.samarth.ac.in.
Step 2 - Click on the ‘ Apply Online ’ tab to register for the programme.
Step 3 - Complete the registration process by entering details like program applied for, name, valid e-mail-id, mobile number, date of birth, and verification code displayed on the screen.
Step 4 - Once all details are submitted, the application number and password are generated and are sent at the registered email address and mobile number.
Step 5 - Use the application number and password to log-in and fill up the application form by entering the log-in details like personal, academic qualification and communication address.
Step 6 - Upload scanned images of a recent passport sized photograph and signature in prescribed format and dimensions.
Step 7 - Select the examination centers- In order of the preference, select and enter the exam centres.
Step 8 - Next, pay the application fees. youcan pay both in offline as well as online mode.

CUET UG 2022 application form was released on 6th April, and the last date to apply for the same have been extended till 22nd May, as of now the application form for post graduate courses isn't released nor has there been any official notification pertaining to the same,

Suppose you have decided to take BSc biology in your graduation through the centre University common entrance test examination to take admission in central universities like DU,JNU,Jamia Islamia etc.In Cucet exam you have to appear for one domain specific subject, one language, one general paper for test,.In Cucet exam there will arise not the whole group of PCB as specific domain subject in which you are interested to take honours in your graduation through Cucet exam for taking admission in central universities.
