Unfortunately NOT .
Masters of philosophy or M.phil course is not included in CUCET examination 2022 .
There are various other courses that are included in cucet examination such as Integrated course, Btech, B.Voc, B.V.S.C, Integrated MA, integrated B.sc and many more such courses.
So M. PHIL course is not included in the Central university commem entrance test.

According to the eligibility criteria of CUCET exam any student who has cleared 12 exam with minimum 50 percent for general category and 45 percent for SC/ST/OBC is eligible for this exam.
In domain knowledge, questions related to specific subject will be asked to candidates. I would recommend you NCERT books to get prepare for this section of exam.

For the Section II - Domain - There are 27 domains specific subjects being offered under this section. A candidate may choose a maximum of six (06) domains as desired by the applicable university. Candidates have to attempt 40 questions out of 50 in Section II as well.

There's no more aipvt entrance examination dear , it has been Scrapped off and now admission is through Neet and aipvt counselling is conducted on the basis of Neet examination .

NEET 2021 counselling had started very late so there will be delay in neet 2022 application form release.

Admissions into various colleges will start right after board exams of class 12th will end. Also, the admisisons for various different courses have some particular eligibity criteria. So, you should wait for atleast til June for admission procedure to start.
See, if you want to take admisisons on direct basis then you can simply visit the college and fill the form and pay the fees but for that you need your class 12th marksheet. So that is why you should wait till the examination is completed for class 12th.
Eligibity criteria for mostly course: A student must have scored a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board of india.

So, with regard to your question, YES you can get admission into Bharathiya Vidhyapeeth through direct admission and also through BVP CET entrance exam. Several people attempt the entrance exam and get selected based upon the merit. However, seats through direct admission are also available for this college, but the fee structure to those students is more as compared to the students who secured rank through entrance exams.

Yes you can get admission into Jamia Milia Islamia without appearing into CUCET examination as this examination is meant for admisisons into Central universities of India.
See, for getting admission into JMI you must appear in JMI BALLB entrance examination and through that you will be able to get your admission into BALLB course.
In JMI entrance exam 2022 , candidates will get a total of 150 questions from legal aptitude, legal language (English), mathematics, current affairs and general studies.
