Hey Harsh! Theory is actually come from good understanding and thinking and it demand for both CA and CS .Many students focus on covering their syllabus only as they not focus to think much and cover only syllabus
But as you said you are good in theoretical portion you can go company secretary .you have to really make it interesting for you while pursuing and along with your syllabus you have to cover your learning capacity.

Yes this is a really good option as a career scope. Mostly good companies prefer CS after graduation. But if somewhere you find CS difficult you can go for higher management studies like MBA or PGDM. That will also be a great option after your graduation in B.com field.

Company secretary is a professional body in India. The duration for which depends if you start from foundation or executive programme. I'll simplify it for you below;
Duration-
FOUNDATION PROGRAMME - 8 months
EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME - 9 months
PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME - 10 months
Eligibility-
FOUNDATION PROGRAMME - 10+2 pass or equivalent
EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME - for all graduate students except for fine arts
PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMME - only after passing Executive Programme.
After passing the Executive Programme, he/she has to undergo a practical training for a period of 15 months.
If you want you could enter into the course right after completing your +2 in Foundation Programme, or you could get a direct entry after completing your graduation with any degree except for fine arts in Executive Programme.
Only after qualifying Professional Programme, your name shall be registered therein.

To enroll in Company Secretary (CS) course, after 12th class or graduation you have to fill form of CS admission on available on ICSI website. Admission to CS course is available throughout the year and Examinations are held twice an year in June and December. There are three stages of CS course - Foundation programme, executive program and Professional Program. After completing these programs, candidates must also successfully complete 16vmonths of Management training in Companies sponsored by ISCI, after completion of which you will be regarded as Associate Company Secretary.
If you are 12th passed student (from Arts, Commerce or Science stream), you need to enroll for foundation programme, after clearing it you may register for executive programme after clearing that you can go for professional programme.
If you hold a Bachelor's degree, you can directly register for Executive programme. After qualifying executive stage, you may register for professional programme.

You can easily pursue CS with your undergraduate course. You just need to schedule the timings properly so that you can manage it. Also there are certain colleges which provide you with professional courses wherein the college itself makes you do these courses. One such example is Christ University. It has professional courses where in you can do ACCA Or cs altogether with your UG degree. But also the fee in this college is relatively high and is around 2.7 lakhs p.a.
