Considering the increase in competition due to the 5 months gap you could expect around 97-97.5 percentile at 150 marks this year(i.e,around 27000-33000) rank.

Also it depends on the difficulty level of the paper of the shift you are in.

Jee main which has been postponed for 5 months,means that even if half of the students would have utilised the time properly the cut-offs are bound to increase and they could increase as high as 30-40 marks.
