As the RRB posted a notification where they mentioned that the RRB JE CBT 1 examination will be held on 27th May 2019. The activation of the mock link will be from 17th May 2019 and you can download your E-call letter 4 days prior to your exam.

As per  2k19 ,  the online application process for  RRB  is begin in Jan 2 2k19 and the last date for online application is  31 Jan 2k19.

For general category  it worth  ₹ 500  in fill up online application but another category it worh ₹ 250.
