According to the latest official notification released by SSC, the results for Phase-VI examination Matriculation Level will be declared on May 10th, Higher Secondary Level on May 17th and the graduation level on May 25th.

The ideal scores that you need to achieve in each section would be - 

24 in QA

64 in VA

You need to get it rectified as soon as possible. Ideally, you should be using the details provided in your PAN or AADHAR, but since you have a different name of your father in your educational certificate, that might become a problem later on. Kindly get an affidavit
