Yes you can surely give exams like BHU PET,JNUEE,DUET,BITSAT to get admission in msc biotechnology.These are competitive based examination and are purely merit based.The eligibility criteria is that you must score 50% at the undergraduate level.it does not include maths anywhere.

Once you get admission in particular college via counseling then there will be a limited period to change your course or language. So you need to make changes in that particular time . Mostly time will be inbetween 20 to 30 days. Once the time is passed then it's impossible
