Computer science and engineering
Hello Pravisankara. First of all, congratulations for securing such a wonderful percentile in JEE Main. You mentioned your percentile but didn't mention the caste where you belong to. So, I assume you belong to general category and I will try to give an answer based on that. If you belong to any other category then kindly mention that in the comment box below.
As per your percentile, your AIR should end up within the range of 27110 - 30475 in Common Rank List. Based on previous years' data and your performance, you have good chances for CSE in the following Public/Government Engineering Colleges:
and more...
You have good chances in NITs and IIITs as well although your chances to grab a seat for CSE at top NITs or IIITs is narrow as the competition level is high for this stream. However, you may get CSE at some of the new branches of IIITs like Bhopal, Dharwad, Ranchi, Kurnool, etc. as well as many North-East NITs.
To get a detailed report on your eligibility and know your chances in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, State Level - Government & Private Engineering Colleges, use JEE Main 2021 College Predictor:

Hello,
hope you are doing well, There is not much difference between IT and CS. It depends on your interest. If you are interested in only coding then you should opt. IT and if you are interested in Coding and the Hardware part too then you should go for CS. If you are going for IT then there is no such need to study physics and maths but in CS branch you will be taught maths and physics so at the end it's about your interest.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck.
Yes, the demand for computer science engineers has been strong both in India and overseas. The scope of employment is very good and opportunities exist both in IT and non-IT companies for students of computer science engineering. They can build their career in numerous domains like artificial intelligence, embedded systems, ethical hacking, wireless network, computer manufacturing, database.
For most AI job profiles, Artificial Intelligence salary in India is much higher than the national average – professionals with AI skills and standard educational qualifications earn higher than their counterparts with similar educational qualifications (without AI skills).
Machine Learning is the sub-field of Artificial Intelligence. It is a great career path in terms of salary, growth of postings, and general demand. Part of the reason these positions are so lucrative is because people with machine learning skills are in high demand and low supply.
Hope this helps !
Hi,
BTech Computer Science is a 4-year degree course offered to students at the undergraduate level. It aims to provide students with intricate knowledge of computer technologies and functional operations along with programming, coding, Web and database development. Students who have chosen Computer Science as an elective in high school have an advantage over those who come without any such knowledge. The focus of this course is on practical learning and letting students experiment with computing technologies and inculcating in them an essential drive towards innovation.
BBA+MBA is a 5 year integrated program opted by the students after clearing 12th degree. The program will allow the candidates to gain management skills at a beginner as well as master level. The duration of the program may vary from the college to college as some of the colleges might reward the degree after completion of 4 years of education. The integrated MBA program is beneficial for those students who are looking for master education after a bachelor degree.
There are only some institutes available in the country that offers this dual degree program as it is a new approach. The dual degree BBA+MBA program include internships as well as live projects which enables the students to adopt the managerial skills practically.
Hope this helps
Wish you luck

Dear Student,
There is not much difference between CSSE and CSE, these are the initiatives of private colleges to increase the seat in computer science course because of the huge demand, in both of the courses you need to follow the same syllabus except one or two, here you need to develops, tests, and evaluates software and personal computers by combining their knowledge of engineering, computer science, and math analysis. Your main focus should be around to solve the logical problems of computer languages.
As they are the same branches so you can't define which one is hard and which one is easy, and if the company come to your college for the recruitment then he will call every computer science related branch like CSE, IT, CCS, CSSE, or CSE in specialization.
Good Luck :)
After BTech in CSE, you may perhaps in any MBA Specialization. Most of the Top Management Institutes perhaps have a General MBA Program. Once in College, you may shift your focus towards your Area of Interest be it Finance, Marketing & Sales, Consulting, HR or General Management. You may perhaps consider a Career in IT Management, Technology Consulting and areas like Product Management or maybe Business Analytics in future for related benefits to BTech in CSE.
