It highly depends on the cutoff for the examination. The cutoff of a particular exam is determined by various factors such as the number of students appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the seats available for various courses, etc. These year the cutoffs are likely to change very much owing to the ongoing situation in the country. Still last year trends will give you a rough estimate.

In 2019, under OBC Category, according to the KCET 2019 Mock Counselling cut off list, a rank of 46534 secured a seat in Canara Engineering College. That was the cut off for CSE.
