see eligibility criteria differs and qualifying marks differ college to college, in generally for iits and nits eligibility criteria is candidates must have passed 12th course with physics, chemistry and mathematics, must have secured 75% aggregate marks in pcm applicable for general and obc category, for sc/st candidates marks criteria is 65%. however for btech in cse you must have studied physics chemistry and mathematics in 10+2 course.
