Dear Monisha,
I would like to happy to say that both subject are holding equal priority with specialized degrees.
Basically in M.Tech it is based on pure Technical subject like IT,Manufacturing, R&D in other hand MBA master in Business Administrate based on theories like Marketing, sales, project management, production, human resources ,customer services..
But before you will choose something you have to know about your strength and skills where you would feel good and comfortable to work .
So its basically depends upon you if you having good knowladge in Coding,Algorithm,Architecture then go for Mtech else go for MBA.But its totaly depends upon yourself.
