hello aspirant,
depending on your rank and previous year analysis you can find your chances of possibilites to colleges.you did not mention your rank so you can check by our predictor: https://www.careers360.com/ts-eamcet-college-predictor?exam_id=2362&counselling_id=4209&ici=cp-result-change-inputs&icn=TS-EAMCET-2020-College-Predictor
yes mlr is a good college you can opt for it but but if you want some college better than that you can definetly go for second phase counselling but do remember you need to first accept the joining report here and pay fee here without fail by tomorrow as it is extended till tomorow.and then apply for second phase counselling and in that please apply only for those colleges in which you reallly want to go like aroundfew colleges of your desire .if you get there you can go and shift the college fee if you dont get any seat in second phase you can continue with the college provided in first phase.but if you get a seat in second phase in any college no matter what whichever college you should and must go you will have no other option.so be very careful while applying for second phase because if you dont like the college you get in second phase you cant go back to first phase counselling college .also do some research on branches you want to go and then opt for them just dont blindly chose whichever branch you want.for furthur info about branches check the link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/top-engineering-branches-in-india
hope this helps,
thankyou
Respected sir/mam,
With a rank of 33647 your daughter can definitely aim for any good private university like VIT,SRM,KIIT,etc. She can also get admitted into some good private colleges in Madhya Pradesh like MITS, Gwalior,SATI Vidisha, etc.Coming to the next question the major difference in computer science stream and Information Technology stream is that Computer Science in addition to all subjects in Information Technology related to software also includes subjects related to hardware. So I hope I have answered your query.Best of luck.
To choose from the best colleges you can also use the following link-

Hi Aspirant,
Here are the technical differences -
1. CSE takes a more balanced approach between theory and application, while IT focuses more on application.
2. CSE offers you an opportunity to learn a variety of topics related to computers. IT provides you a chance to discovers innovative uses of those fundamental concepts.
3. CSE generally requires a decent math background, while math in IT is limited to data analysis/processing/statistics, etc.
4. You may call IT as one of CSE's sub-divisions; however, certain things are unique to IT like integrated programming, system administrations, maintenance, etc.
In terms of Placement, CSE has one notch benefit over IT, but overall for both of the branches, Placement is good in the Private sector.
Dear aspirants ,
Yes both are the branches are almost same but the little bit difference is in some of subjects example graphics design course is available or minor subject you choose as an optional but in It might be this course is not available .
This is the only difference i had seen in my btech carrier apart from that there is no difference .
You will get same opportunity for the both of the course their is no difference.
I hope it will helpful
Thanks
hello aspirant...
the average amount you will have to pay to take direct admission in the private colleges without the exam for btech computer science and information technology will come about ,1,20,000 for the tuition fee If there is no scholarships. Above this you will have to pay for the hostel fees tooo.
hope this helps
Hello Udit,
As we all know that recently competitions are rapidly increasing day by day and every institute wants to take rich cream of talent so that they can increase their performance and business. Nobody can get admission very easily in any college, either you have to pay huge amount of money as a donation or you have to clear the entrance examination with good score.
But it does not means that students those who are not good in studies they cannot do B.Tech in top branches like Computer Science and Information Technlogy. They also can take admission in top B.Tech colleges and nourish themselves accordingly.
Government colleges like different IITs, NITs, IIITs and some other GFTIs do not take direct admission, for these colleges you have to clear JEE-Mains and JEE-Advanced examination with good score.
Some private colleges also conduct their own entrance tests like VIT Vellore, SRM University, BITS, etc. but they also reserve some seats for direct admission. You can get direct admission in most of the private colleges but you have to spend a lot of money for direct admission.
The list of some colleges who intakes direct admission :-
And many more...
So dont get upset for this small reason that you are not good in studies, you can improve yourself even if you wish to do so.
I hope that I cleared your doubt. Now you can choose what is right for you.
Good Luck!!
