is csi(computer science and information technology) good course will I get placements in this?

Moumoyee Chakraborty 20th Sep, 2021

Considering the ongoing trends the field of Computer Science and Information Technology is growing exponentially. But if you think of placements if you study B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology then only the college authority will provide you official placements or else you need to search for jobs on your own if you wish study courses other than B.E or B.Tech like B.Sc in Computer Science or any other Computer based courses.

Hope it helps !!

is their any difference between computer science and information technology (placement wise)

AKSHAYA.V.A. 25th Nov, 2020

Hello!

There are certain difference between Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology. Placement opportunities will be more or less same for both the streams. Problem is only during termination it seems. When there comes the situation to terminate someone a Computer science student is given a second thought whereas IT students are not given a second thought. But this is not completely true if you are a IT student and you have much skill than a CSE student obviously you will not get terminated. All that matters is skill you posses.

ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.

Thank You

what is computer science and information technology(csi) , what about placements, and differences between cse and csi?

prince2019ad 24th Oct, 2020

Hope you are doing good.

Truth to be told there is no  actual difference between computer science and engineering and computer science and information technology.  Many colleges create different branches related to computer science so that they can increase the number of seats in the computer science branch.

You will feel the difference in syllabus of Computer Science and Engineering And Computer Science and information technology in in maximum 2 semester of the third or fourth year. The computer science and information technology e students would be taught something extra about information Technologies. But you don't need to worry as there is nothing major difference between these two. In fact in every college both computer science engineering and computer science and information technology students get equal chances in placements. There would be no discrimination while placement. So you don't need to worry.

If you have appeared for EAMCET and want to know about your best chances in engineering colleges, you can use our college predictor tool.

I got seat in mlrit course CSI computer science and information technology is it best for placements and about mlrit placements? Sir Please Reply ?

AKSHAYA.V.A. 13th Nov, 2020

Hello!

They have decent overall ratings. But when it comes to placement records they are not that great as well as inconsistent. Prediction of average placement record is bit difficult. The highest package offered is 24Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 2.4 Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 8Lakhs per annum. Tope recruiters are Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Infosys etc.

Your placement from this college completely depends upon your level of performance and skills. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
