for OBC Category it is 49, 000.
And for other categories like SC/ST fees is 10, 000 only.

You can pursue computer science or IT after your 12th by giving entrance exams. You can get IITs or other good institutes for computer science by giving JEE exam or you can pursue bsc in computer science. But as you are PCB student you need maths in your curicullum.
