As per your rank in PESSAT,

You are ineligible for CSE in either the first or second round.

The second session of counselling might include ECE for you.

You can easily get mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, and biotechnology.

I consider you as a general category student. So first of all congratulations for your result. The reality is quite indigestive because 86 percentile can't get you into a good government college in CSE branch, so the best college you can get is in IP University of Delhi.

BBA LLB has better scope in law firms as well as the it has a wide range of Universities that offer this course.
whereas very few of the colleges in India offer BCA LLB course. It is preferable to do BCA and then pursue LLB post graduation.
