• RNS Institute of Technology, Bangalore
• Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering
• BMS Institute of Technology (you can may get IT or EC branch)

• The Oxford College of Engineering

These colleges have good placements, especially in CSE/IT, and are often reachable in 2nd/3rd rounds depending on cut-offs and your category.

With the percentile between 70 and 80, your JEE rank should fall between 2,50,000 to 3,00,000 which might be challenging for getting a college with CSE branch as it is very competitive and requires much lower rank.
