Your chances of getting the sastra college CSE branch is very low, You should go for other colleges if you want the CSE branch only. I will suggest you to go for NIT jsr or rourkela to get the CSE branch.

First of all VIT has no management quota now.It has been replaced by the merit list system.The fees of the student vary with the rank.

More the rank,More the fees.
