as you mention above your rank in the ews category. there is a neglagible chance you have to get cs or it in any nit but you get any other branch in lower nits or you get cs or IT in any good private college for more information

Iam sorry to say this but with this rank it is not possible for you to get into any of the NLU's,as the cutoff's for the NLU's are really very high.
