The cutoff varies to each NIT Category wise, Home state quota, Other state quota etc. As you didn't mention about which NIT you are interested  to know so I would suggest you to check the previous year cutoff of each NIT for CSE programme with the given below

EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam, Previous year cutoff is not available so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities with EWS category rank.
