no its not compulsory to have knowledge about coding for applying for B.E computer science because in first year we have C coding language.
you take computer science as your bifocal subject in 11th and 12th you will have basic knowledge about coding and in engineering it
Yes you can try for ju but the chances with this rank is very low.You can get private universities easily like you can get admission in iem ,techno main etc.You can also try other private universities but admission in ju with this score is very difficult.Best of luck.
