Hello,
If you are a resident of Tamil Nadu you can get CSE at amrita at around 6000 rank.
Even with the mentioned rank you can easily get any of the campus from the four.
You can try for Coimbatore campus or amritapuri campus.
The environment is good in these two campuses.
Dear Aspirant,
Which college/institute CS branch are you referring to? You haven't mentioned any specific college/institute, also there aren't any tags for the same on your question, so it's quite difficult to predict. Hi Suparna,
This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because it keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like
1) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam
2) difficulty level of the WBJEE examination
3 Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam
4) number of students from different categories
5) seats available for different branches etc.
considering you from obcB
category,
On the basis of analysis of past years wbjee cut off data , you may have chances in government engineering college.
For government college your rank should have been at least around 20,000
You haven't mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category considering the previous year cut off you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes in Computer Science
Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hello aspirant,
The cut off for admission in VJTI MUMBAI is very high. If you want to get admission from the score of JEE MAINS, you have to apply for All India Quota (AIQ) seats.
You will not get a seat on this low score even if you belong from OBC category.
Admission process starts after the results of MHT-CET examination. 85% of total seats are reserved for state quota (Home state and other state), this quota only includes MHT-CET score while the remaining 15% seats are reserved for All India Quota (AIQ).
In MHT-CET exam, you should score 90% plus to get a seat in VJTI for any branch.
Prepare well for Mht cet exam to get a seat in VJTI MUMBAI for the branch you want.
Hope this helps
All the very best for your Future !
