Although we can't say for sure but with respect to previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting CSE branch in BITS Hyderabad. Coming to your other question, both colleges are great when it comes to ranking and placement but bits pilani is the main branch

You could get category 1 not sure but chances are there as per my calculation and considering various factors like counselling time, JEE mains exam counselling and all.

Last year the category 1 for Vellore campus finished at 5400 but last year VIT counselling was after the JEE mains counselling
