see b,a in defense studies is a 3 years duration undergraduate course. now coming to the college selection it is quite difficult to predict the cutoff score. however cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. at this score you have moderate chances. however I suggest you to apply for multiple colleges and lets see whats come around.
